The Helen K. and James S. Copley Library, located on the west end of the University of San Diego campus, currently houses over 500,000 volumes. Collections include books, journals, reference works, databases, government documents, newspapers and electronic journals in many languages, as well as maps, videos, sound recordings, microforms and rare books.
The University of San Diego's digital collection at California Revealed consists of audio recordings from the Emmet Culligan collection from the 1940s and 1950s. Culligan was the founder of the Culligan Zeolite Company, now Culligan Water. He built a zeolite plant in San Bernardino, California and spent much of his life there.
