Walter Howard Loving (December 17, 1872-1945) was an African American soldier and musician most noted for his leadership of the Philippine Constabulary Band. In this oral history interview, Edith Loving [wife] and Walter Loving Jr. discuss the family's life in early 20th century Oakland.
