Studio interview with filmmaker Francisco Torres and his film "Chuco" about the Zoot Suit Riots; studio guests Jose Gonzalez and Buddy Soto from the Low Riders Limited car club; commentary and call-in on the film Children of Violence and its one-sided depiction of the community; studio performances by dance groups "Clockwork"and "McCoys." Barrio Expressions was a community access television show documenting Chicanx and Latinx life in the East San Francisco Bay Area. It ran on Hayward cable television from 1976-1985. While the shows were filmed primarily in the Hayward area, they include stories from around the East Bay and San Jose. The show aired weekly, with 26 episodes per year.
