Barrio Expressions: Los Cerros Senior Boys Camp I y II, September 9, 1982
Barrio Expressions was a community access television show documenting Chicanx and Latinx life in the East San Francisco Bay Area. It ran on Hayward cable television from 1976-1985. While the shows were filmed primarily in the Hayward area, they include stories from around the East Bay and San Jose. The show aired weekly, with 26 episodes per year. 1) Amateur dramatization produced by Hijos del Sol / Los Vitos de S.B.C. [title Requiem 29?] 2) Television footage around Ruben Salazar's death in 1979 - courtroom questioning, mourners inside a church, National Chicano Moratorium march and police interaction 3) Meet the Producer segment with Juan Espinoza and Linda Cherry
