Juan Espinoza talks with Bob Garrett [?] of the Hayward Aztlan Boxing Club about their program and upcoming events; commentary on a proposed mural in Hayward that includes negative Chicano stereotypes; interview with Tennyson High School students about their upcoming lowrider event. Barrio Expressions (previously called Lo Que Es) was a community access television show documenting Chicanx and Latinx life in the East San Francisco Bay Area. It ran on Hayward cable television from 1976-1985. While the shows were filmed primarily in the Hayward area, they include stories from around the East Bay and San Jose. The show aired weekly, with 26 episodes per year.
