J. Krishnamurti - Santa Monica Talk 3
Series Title
Created Date
March 7th, 1970
Description
Jiddu Krishnamurti lived from 1895 to 1986 and is regarded as one of the greatest philosophical and spiritual figures of the twentieth century. As he traveled the world speaking, his purpose was to set humankind unconditionally free from the destructive limitations of a conditioned mind. While not traveling, he spent a significant portion of his life in his home in Ojai, California from 1920 until 1986. His time in the Ojai Valley was a major contributing factor to its cultural heritage. This series of public talks were given in Santa Monica's Civic Auditorium over the course of a few days. Krishnamurti spoke on learning, the human mind, existence, and the need for a radical transformation of the human psyche. For more information on J. Krishnamurti, visit jkrishnamurti.org
