A 3/4" video tape of performances of the Bill Rase Band: KCRA-Old Building, 1954; Hotel Senator, 1954; Weaverville, 1955; Rase TV Show, 1958; American Legion-Tahoe, 1959; Party at Rase’s, 1959; Band vs. KCRA Baseball, 1959; Pauls o’ Ranchero, Evlerino, California, 1960; 4th of July, Southside Park, 1960; Weimar, 1961; 4th July, Colfax, 1962; Bill Rase Show, elephant, 1963; Telerama, 1963; Channel 3 Picnic, 1963. Bill Rase (1926-2006) was a well-known Sacramento figure. He founded and performed with the Bill Rase Band starting in the 1950s until his death. He was a disc jockey on local radio in the 1950s, hosted a television variety show, and portrayed "Bosun Bill" on a children's television show.
