Description
An interview with Stanton Draper, who worked for Southern Pacific in Sacramento, California from 1940-1980. Draper worked in the Sacramento Shops, where he was hired as a Laborer and took Machinist's Apprentice training. Draper took advantage of Southern Pacific educational opportunities and became a Junior Draftsman. He was eventually promoted to Chief Draftsman and later became and Industrial Engineer.
