The official title of this presentation is General aviation in the Pomona Valley: A brief overview of pilot training, use of general aviation aircraft and some of the associated benefits and problems. This was a public presentation provided by Professor William B. Blanchard, a licensed pilot, at the Ontario City Library on April 15, 1980. At the time of the presentation, Blanchard was a mathematics professor at Chaffey College in Rancho Cucamonga, California. The recording begins after the presentation had started.
