Description
Blanche (Keen) Seppi came to Whittier with her parents and brother Walter in 1897. They settled on a 10 acre ranch in South Whittier. Their father, Scott Keen, had his own grading business and it is estimated that he graded 85% of the roads in Whittier. Walter Keen also went into the grading business. Mrs. Seppi married Joseph Seppi who worked as a civil engineer in the Whittier/La Habra area.
