Additional Technical Notes for Item
This film reel is in a can with another, visually identical 16mm reel. The can has two labels on it: "Horse Parade 1937-38" and "1965 News Fire". I do not know which is which. I do not think they are related to one another; they are likely stored together due to supplies shortage.
