Noble's interviews documents growing up in Massachusetts, her experience as a Girl Scout in the 1920s, attending Framingham Teachers College, before meeting her husband William Roberts Noble. They married in 1934 and drove cross-country to California
the interview details the trip, and later life in San Jose during the Great Depression, as well as her work with seniors and the Salvation Army on nutrition programs in the 1970s and 1980s. Two interviews conducted on January 6 and January 9, 1992 at Noble's home, 424 Third Street, San Jose.
