Allensworth Advisory Committee presentation of plaque to Governor Reagan, Sacramento, California
The Colonel Allensworth State Historic Park Advisory Committee presents a progress report on the status of financial commitments to Governor Ronald Reagan. The restoration goals, total acquisition of land for development, and the building of conference, lodging and service areas are discussed. Governor Regan is presented with a plaque in appreciation of his support for the Allensworth project. The Colonel Allensworth State Historic Park Advisory Committee, jointly with the California Department of Parks and Recreation, present Cornelius "Ed" Pope with a plaque recognizing his efforts.
