Electric kitchen in Las Plumas
Moak collection
1915~
Black and white photo of the interior of an early electric kitchen in Las Plumas (probably the club house) with two Asian men - one with folded arms and the other with a large knife cutting something. There is a modern (for the period) stove with six large burner controls. It has large pots on it. On the table is a large pile of plates indicating this is a group or commercial kitchen, not a family home. There is a very large wall vent fan and a ceiling light fixture with early day light bulbs.
Inscribed on the backside: "Las Plumas".
