Morrie Turner discusses becoming a cartoonist, growing up in West Oakland in the 1930s, and the inspiration and popularity of his comic strip Wee Pals. Part 3 includes a Morrie Turner cartoon. Stephen Bosustow Productions Presents "Who Do You Think Should Belong to the Club?" Based on the Wee Pal Characters Created by Morrie Turner 1977. Original story concept by Mimi Lupo, Kaiser Aluminum and Chemical Corporation. Written by Morrie Turner and Sally Evans. Directed by Sam Weiss
