Morrie Turner discusses becoming a cartoonist, growing up in West Oakland in the 1930s, and the inspiration and popularity of his comic strip Wee Pals. Part 3 includes a Morrie Turner cartoon. Stephen Bosustow Productions Presents "Who Do You Think Should Belong to the Club?" Based on the Wee Pal Characters Created by Morrie Turner 1977.
