California New Prison Construction Shots

August 1986 1. Work begins at Richard J. Donavan Correctional Facility at Rock Mountain in San Diego. Construction workers are breaking ground and laying foundation. Aerial shots of construction are shown. 2. At California State prison, Folsom, the exterior walls are up and construction workers are busy laying cinderblocks for interior walls and installing pipes.
