Oral history interview with Keith White
1989
White was a writer for the Joffrey Ballet, Playbill Magazine and a dance auditor for the New York State Council for the Arts. He moved to San Francisco in 1981 and began writing dance reviews for the gay community newspaper, Bay Area Reporter. He also contributed reviews, interviews and features for the Advocate and the San Francisco Chronicle. American Ballet Theatre, Joffrey Ballet, New York City Ballet are some of the dance companies he talks about in the interview. He died of AIDS-related causes in 1990.
