Ronald Dellums speaks about the need for blacks to effect change in the racist attitudes of America because they are the only ones with a vested interest in doing so. Dellums discussed increasing political representation of blacks and other minorities and he points to the political campaigns of George Wallace and Richard Nixon as candidates who do not support equality.
