Open Space as Common Ground
Created Date
April 24th, 1994
Description
(From 1994) Open space comes at a premium in the city and is often shared by those who live and work in the neighborhood that surrounds it. By designing urban plazas so that they respond to the character and needs of a community, it is possible to transform physical spaces into vital, sustainable areas.
