Description

Film about the new job classification of "Job Agents" created as part of the law that created the Department of Human Resources Development. The position of Job Agent focused on helping jobless individuals find work, mostly in areas of high unemployment. The classification sought individuals that had more real world experience and eliminated the need for a written examination and focused on interview panels for hiring purposes.
