File 1: Session 1 "Chicano art movement in California: Iconography and ideology" - Tomás Ybarra-Frausto moderates an open panel discussion with Robert Freimark, Luis Valdez, Yolanda López, Ramsés Noreiga, and Armando Valdez.
File 2: Panel continues with questions from the audience. Eleanor Aguirre asks Shifra Goldman a question about her earlier presentation, Goldman responds. Judy Baca speaks from the audience. Willie Heron of Los Illegals announces that the band has been signed to a record label, will be going on tour, and that he has music for purchase. Session 2, "Multicultural context of Chicano art", begins with Amalia Mesa-Baines.
File 3: Session 2 panel continues. Panelists are Baines, Aguirre, René Yañez, Ray Patlan, and Jorge Klor de Alva. Discussion later opened to audience comments and questions. Session 3, "Artistic expressions in the barrio" begins at [49:53]. Panelists are José Montoya, Carmen Lomas Garza, Pedro Castillo, Sue Martinez, Harry Gamboa, and Roberto Chavez.

Judy Baca is introduced as presenting on art and the environment as well as her work on the Great Wall of Los Angeles and with SPARC. (presentation itself not included). Session 4, "Alternative Structures, Alternative Forms," panel discussion begins. Panelists are Tim Drescher, Patricia Rodriguez, Eva Cockcroft, Alurista, Ernie Palomino, and Esteban Villa
File 5: Session 4 panel concludes and discussion is opened up to audience. Roberto Chavez asks for responses to his previously shown piece. Judy Baca responds about the state of murals and alternative forms.
File 6: Session 5, "'Chicano Art and Culture: Analysis." Presentation by Mario Barrera on the origions of Chicano political ideology.
File 7: Presentation by Malaquias Montoya, followed by questions for Barerra and Montoya from the audience and general discussion from the entire conference. Conference attendees and participants gather outside for a group photo.
