Brief report on the Pit River tribal leaders released from Sacramento County Jail who tried to live on/occupy their own land. Tribal members have continuously tried to get arrested for trespassing so they can bring the issue of land ownership up in federal court, but instead got arrested for cutting down trees, interfering with officers, and failure to appear in court.
