[Side A] H. K. Yuen records a series of speeches at Sproul Plaza on the UC Berkeley campus. The speeches are part of the Vietnam Commencent Rally held on May 17, 1968.
[Side B] Yuen attends multiple rallies on Sproul Plaza. The first rally is organized by Black students. The second rally is a Noon Rally. The two-part Noon Rally held at Sproul Plaza on May 24, 1968 consists of a protest to Soviet anti-semitism and a Peace and Freedom Party rally. The speakers the Peace and Freedom Party rally include David Ryan and Michael Jones. The speeches are followed by news reports from various channels. The reports provide coverage on topics such as the resignation of San Francisco State (SFSU) President John Summerskill and a speech given by French President Charles de Gaulle.
