Sotera Pacheco (photo donor's grandmother) is standing in between her two sons posing for the picture. On the left is Robert Pacheco and to the right is Manuel Pacheco. The three of them are dressed up for an event. Sotera is wearing a Mexican costume that has the Mexican eagle emblem made of beads placed in the center of her long skirt. She is also wearing a hat and a white Mexican blouse with embroidery. The photo was taken in the 1940s. This image was provided by Richard Armendariz for inclusion in the Foto East LA collection.
