Unclear what this title means. The label is handwritten, and the other films stored with it are Whittier-specific, so this likely is too. We have no way of knowing the content unless it is chosen by CAVPP.

This film reel is in a can with another, visually identical 16mm reel. The can has two labels on it: "Horse Parade 1937-38" and "1965 News Fire". I do not know which is which. I do not think they are related to one another; they are likely stored together due to supplies shortage.
