Agricultural Workers Organizing Committee (AWOC) organizing conference in Strathmore, Calif. The Strathmore Conference was called in response to the AFL-CIO's withdrawal of support for AWOC members to strategize how they might continue the fight to organize agricultural workers.

[Track 3] Hector Abeytia speaks about CSO efforts to organize workers in Ventura County, Calif. under Cesar Chavez. Father Thomas McCullough speaks on the organizing methods and philosophy of AWOC.
