Mr. Jarvis, who was born in 1922, talks about a variety of topics in including Goldfield, NV, construction business in the early 1900s, historic structures in Bishop, working at U.S. Vanadium, working at rodeos and cattle drives, gathering and breaking wild horses, pre-cutting wood for the barracks at Manzanar War Relocation Center, and hunting and fishing in the 1920s and 1930s.
