Long-time Claremont citrus rancher, Ray Soper is interviewed by Sarah E. Crowley regarding his Claremont ranch and agriculture and farming techniques. Film includes footage of Mr. Soper visiting and talking about the first orange trees in Riverside and includes footage showing citrus picking, processing, grading, and sorting in the field and in citrus packinghouses.
