Segment 1 (silent): Car crash on a rainy night. Car is seen off the side of the road as traffic drives by.
Segment 2 (sound): Man with small goatee being interviewed. "Rain clouds always contain some of this radioactivity. I don't know how much, I'm not an expert on the subject. But I do know when you have rain, you bring this radioactivity onto everything...and I want to know what precautions are being taken..."
Segment 3 (silent): Men placing a "YES on Airport Measure A" banner on the side of a plane, then carrying a large poster to place underneath the plane's stairway as passengers walk up to the plane.
