Description
Bolsa Chica Preserve is a critical coastal wetlands sanctuary. Beginning with 300 acres purchased by the State in 1990, it has grown to 300 acres through additional gifts and purchases. It is home to a rich wildlife population including more than 200 species of birds in at least five different habitats. There is evidence of human habitation as early as 5000BC. This film shows discussion by members of a coalition of wetlands support groups about the status of Bolsa Chica.
