Reel 1:
Segment 1 (silent): San Jose City Council in small chambers; appears to be a budget meeting.
Segment 2 (silent): Small conference room/auditorium with people on stage including Herman R. Buchser, Gael Douglas, and Henry Gunderson. Appears to be a hearing; at one point a man asks the audience a question and many of them raise their hands in agreement. Likely related to Santa Clara County Board of Education, or San Jose Unified School District.
Segment 3 (silent): Small conference room/auditorium with audience. Man in front holding up pamphlet. Shot of a man in law enforcement uniform. Shot of an African American man wearing name tag, making comments at back of room.
Segment 4 (silent): Brief shot of a wall sign / notice board for The Neighborhood Youth Corps of Santa Clara County, with photographs underneath the name. Cut to an alligator or crocodile being held in an outdoor pen.
Reel 2 (silent): Coverage of voting on primary day as four different candidates vote in four different locations, including Alan Cranston and San Jose Mayor Joseph Pace.
