Center foldout of brochure includes reproduction of a letter from Frederick Law Olmsted, Jr. to Henry Clarke, Director of Sales for the Palos Verdes Project, with a portion of the letter circled in red that reads: "But it is equally a fact that Palos Verdes stands head and shoulders above any other great residential community in these respects."
