Clarence Reimers: Chino in early days. Born 1892, died 1975. Parents came to Chino in 1889. Went to school in Chino on 5th and D st. No trees between Chino and Ontario. 1900 drought. Baseball was main recreation. Chino had red light district. Army in 1918. Dairy business, 1922-26. Walnut and peach orchards, no cemetaries. Big Bear built in 1911.
