Folded brochure on orange-colored paper with an image on the front of a coastline with boats in the middle. Brochure interior reads: "A little acre in Paradise - To dream a home and have that home realized just east of the sunset [:] the lull of the beating surf, the fishing fleet at anchor just offshore, the gorgeous coloring of the setting sun. Such a feeling of peace and quiet comes stealing o'er you as you sit and rest after your day in the busy city. This, and more, is yours at Palos Verdes Estates, assured by adequate and wisely drawn Protective Restrictions." Neuner Corporation Litho LA stamped on back of brochure.
