The East Bakersfield High School collection consists of audiovisual material from the 1940s, 1960s and 1970s. A majority of the collection contains audio recordings of the school's choir. Other material includes recorded audio from school pageants and band concerts.
The East Bay Media Center collection contains audiovisual materials (moving images) from the 1970s. The collection includes subjects and topics such as Bobby Seale, the Black Panther Party, incarceration, poetry and more.
The Eastern California Museum collection contains audiovisual materials (moving images, audio) and texts from the 1910s to the early 2000s. The majority of this collection consists of oral histories, home movies and promotional films, and include subjects and topics such as the Sierra Nevada Mountains, resource management, Owens Valley, the Eastern Sierras, mining and more.

The majority of this collection consists of art and architecture lectures, and include subjects and topics such as ceramics, Edith Heath, parks and recreation, landscapes, and more.
The Escondido Public Library, Pioneer Room collection contains audiovisual materials (moving images, audio) and text from the 1950s through the 2000s. The majority of the collection consists of oral histories and community directories and include topics and subjects such as Frances Beven Ryan, Oak Glen Reserve and more.
The Ethnic Studies Library, University of California, Berkeley collection contains audiovisual material (moving images and audio) from the 1960s to the 1980s. These recordings include a selection of the H.K. Yuen collection which features multimedia materials on a wide range of historic themes and events set in Berkeley and the San Francisco Bay Area during the 1960’s and 1970’s. Other highlights include episodes from a bilingual Chinese and English TV-series co-produced by the Chinese Media Committee of Chinese for Affirmative Action and KPIX-TV Westinghouse and recordings from local stations KQED and KPFA.
