The History San Jose collection contains print and audiovisual material (text, still images, moving images, and audio) from the 1790s to the 1990s. The majority of the collection consists of KNTV news broadcasts, oral history recordings, and transcripts.
The Palo Alto City Library collection contains texts from the 1950s to 2010s. A majority of the collection consists of texts about native trees in Palo Alto, women's history, and Japanese American history.
The StoryCenter collection contains video productions from the present day made across the state of California. The videos tell a wide range of stories from California residents, including accounts of the Yolo, Ventura, and Sonoma wildfires, as well as personal stories of community members from Los Angeles to Sacramento to Monterey County.
The Palo Alto Woman's Club collection contains text and audiovisual material (moving images and audio) from the 1890s to 2000s. A majority of the collection consists of text concerning financial statements and newsletters about the club. Other subjects include a written National Register of Historic Places nomination determining the property's eligibility for listing.
