The University of California, Los Angeles, Ethnomusicology Archive collection contains audiovisual material (moving images and audio) from the 1940s to 2010s. A majority of the collection contains filmed footage and recorded audio of ethnic musical groups in California and around the world. Subjects include African American music, folk music, and music created by California inmates.
